I would highly recommend this law firm. I hired Craig Gillespie after my son was hospitalized for excessive fluid around his brain. He needed some temporary shunts placed to drain the excess fluid, which prompted a CPS investigation that seemed to never end and really never went anywhere. After a ...few months of police interrogations and misleading CPS statements and inaction, my wife and I hired Craig to represent us because we were told basically that since CPS assumed it was an injury that it would go to court. Craig was very responsive and sympathetic to predicament. He was knowledgeable in the area and very good at getting things moving. Knowing that CPS was pushing to get this in the courts and off of their plate and how ridiculous this case was, he could have easily let them place our case in the court system and started billing us for trial preparation, court costs, and trial fees. He didn’t do that however, he did the work to show them how ridiculous it would be to send this to the courts and pushed them to make the right decision. I have nothing but respect and admiration for Craig and am forever indebted for helping us through what has so far been the worst and scariest thing that has ever happened to us.

I was very happy with the Craig Gillespie Law Firm service and all there attorney's were very professional during the entire process. Most importantly, they were very thorough by looking at all the options and previous cases that could potentially apply to my situation. Based on their knowledge, th...ey were able to apply my situation to the appropriate case that would result in the best outcome for me. If one didn’t work they then refocused their efforts to the next option. Once the entire process we completed, they were able to get my case completely dismissed. Although it was a long process, they continued to work in my best interest and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Another great quality of their law firm is that they will tell you up front that they will look at every possible option and look under every rock on your behalf. Based on what I observed, they did just that. Not to paint this perfect picture, it was a stressful process to go through and they also informed me of the downside as well. With all my discussions with them, they were up front with me, and they continued to look at all options. As the case proceeded over the several months, it appears they have a process in place that they use to uncover key elements about my case. That was reassuring because that illustrated that they have the experience to know what methods were the best tools to get access to key elements for my case. I hope I won’t need the services of the Craig Gillespie Law Firm…. But if I did, I would definitely call them to represent me without any hesitation. I would also recommend them for anyone I know of who needs an attorney.
