I'm a huge control freak and I did extensive research on the attorney we would use for my husbands Green Card. Roya is as great as they all say! Roya Habich is as good as it gets. We needed an Immigration attorney to navigate the very complex application process for an E-2 Investment Visa (don't even think about trying this without an Attorney). All of the others that we looked at wouldn't even consider anything below a $100k investment..., guess they only wanted easy cases. We however, were starting a service company and there was literally no way we could invest $100k to start up that kind of business even if we had the money to do so. Roya was not deterred. She took our case and we were successful at obtaining the E-2 Investment Visa with an investment significantly lower than the "mystical" $100k you read about and as a start up just to make it a bit harder for her. We could not have accomplished this without her!!! So while there are never any guarantees, and she will tell you that, if you want the best shot at success, go to the attorney that has some and not afraid of the harder cases!!
