Roya did a fantastic job helping my wife obtain her TN1 status, and we couldn't be any happier. Roya was extremely professional and was there to help us every step of the way. I would highly recommend roya for any immigration needs. Roya is not your average immigration lawyer. She is an excellent im...migration law specialist easily assessable, answered countless questions and ensured we understood each step of the process. Her accessibility was greatly appreciated and truly made the difference for us . Thank you Roya

My husband and I highly recommend Roya to anybody that is looking for an excellent, kind, and professional inmigration lawyer. Roya assisted us through my inmigration process, first on getting my green card and then on becoming a us citizen. From the beginning Roya was very polite and very helpful, ...she prepared me very well before my interviews and she even came with me to my citizenship interview. I was a little nervous but felt confident because she was there with me and I really appreciate that. We are more than happy to have had Roya as our attorney. She is an exceptional lawyer hands down!

My spouse and I were fortunate that we made an excellent choice by giving our case to Roya Habich Law Office. From the very beginning, from the initial consultation to the case completion Roya led the case flawlessly, with integrity, passion and care. Despite the Covid-19 challenges she managed our c...ase perfectly, always shared information and advices until final completion, and even went above and beyond to help us with SSA communication. Dealing with Roya and her team showed us that immigration legal process can be completed without frustration. We highly recommend this office.

Working with Roya was an amazing experience for my wife and I. She and her legal assistant, Rosa, were extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had used a different attorney prior to this and had not been satisfied. The experience with Roya was a night and day difference. The first time we me...t with her I could tell she was different and I knew we were in good hands. We had been working on my wife’s immigration status for years and we had become very frustrated. Once we began working with Roya we saw results right away, and our issue was resolved in a little over a year. She kept us up to date with all maters and was always available for questions and concerns. Speaking with Roya and Rosa was like speaking with friends. I would highly recommend Roya Habich!
