Wonderful Service

We are more than happy to have had Roya as our attorney, she is very Professional and knowledgeable, Rosa her Assistant is very nice person y helpful, they always informed us everything that was happening with our case, I got my green card quickly, we highly recommend Roya as a immigration attorney.

Best Immigration Lawyer

I would highly recommend Roya Habich as your lawyer for immigration. She was a great help when it came to my husband's case. Not to mention we had gone to several lawyers previouly for help and they all told us my husband could never become a US citizen, I am so thankful we found her. Roya and her a...ssistant Rosa were there for us at all times to answer questions and walk us through the whole process. I can not express how thankful we are with them. Citizenship

She is the best

From day one when i met her, i had no idea how to go through the process of bringing my fiancee. And she broke down the process so i could understand. She did everything in a timely manner. Keeping us updated from the begining to end. Thank you Attorney Roya for everything. You are the BEST.

Dedication Caring and Knowledge

My husband and I had started the immigration process and were experiencing numerous delays others were advising are out of the norm. Due to my mounting frustration and lack of knowledge in the process we decided to seek legal assistance. I am so glad we did. On 15 June 2016 we visited Habich law f...or the first time. Roya was personalable, carring, supportive and knowageable. After retaining Roya the delays vanished. Suddenly he received his right to work and our interview was scheduled for the second week of August. Roya walked us through the entire process and ensured we were prepared Thanks to Roya's guidance the interview had an extremely positive result. I am certain without Roya's assistant we would still be caught up in the process experiencing delays. Thanks to this wonderful caring knowledgeable woman we can now focus on our future plans and goals without the additional distraction, frustration and stress. Roya was a God send, we will forever be greatful
