Michelle is an excellent attorney, who handled my case with efficiency and absolute professionalism. Her research into the details of my circumstances was very thorough, and resulted in a best case scenario for me. With a .14 reading, I ended up with a plea to reckless driving, and under $1000 in ...fines. I sincerely could not have hoped for a better outcome. I received a DUI and blew under the legal limit of .08. I hired Michelle to represent me. She went over every aspect of my case with me and gave me options. She was able to get it reduced to a Reckless Driving ticket w/ a 250.00 fine and a 16 hr online DUI course. She gave me the option to take it to... trial to try to get it dismissed. I was happy with the Reckless Driving ticket and declined the option to go to trial. She is very personable and has a great personality. You get the feeling that other court personnel have a high opinion of her as well. I would fully recommend Michelle to anyone that has a need for a lawyer.

Words cannot express the gratitude I feel towards Michelle. During a road trip to the Grand Canyon (I'm from CA), me and my best friend were pulled over for speeding in Yuvapaei County. The cop smelled weed (I have a CA medical license) and I was asked to do field tests. I did everything the cop req...uested, including giving up all of the weed I had in the car, but was placed under arrest for a DUI marijuana charge. I was charged ultimately for FOUR misdemeanors (speeding, DUI- marijuana, marijuana possession, and marijuana paraphernalia). I spent 36 hours in jail. Once I returned home, I spent hours trying to find a lawyer that would help me. After speaking with at least 10 lawyers, Michelle was literally the only one who thought I had a case (especially since I had my medical marijuana license). Following my arrest, they tested my blood (which later, they only found with carboxy THC - which is not something the prosecutor can proceed on). They presented a 2x misdemeanor DUI plea, with a threat of a felony. After speaking with Michelle, I decided to challenge the charge. Michelle went over and beyond, filing over a 40-page motion during Christmas. Her confidence and determination was EVERYTHING during this time. She spent HOURS interviewing everyone for this case and I am so grateful our worlds crossed paths. (Turns out you can own, smoke, but cannot possess marijuana vape pens - weird right?!). MIRACULOUSLY, because of the work Michelle did, all of my charges were dropped. ALL OF THEM. Michelle literally saved my life, and I couldn't be more grateful.

I hired Michelle for my 22 yr. old son who was facing his 2nd DUI (super extreme) and hit and run. He was looking at 180 days in jail and thousands of dollars in fees. Driving was out of the question for a few yrs. Michelle worked hard to get him a plea for 90 days. Serve 48 consecutive in jail, fo...llowed by the remaining as work release so he would not lose his job. The day we met in court, a true miracle was granted to us by God's grace when she managed to get him a plea of no time in jail and a huge reduction in the fees he would pay.
