I would highly recommend David to anyone in need of legal services. I am out of state & needed to come to Utah to deal with some legal matters. form day one his professionalism and knowledge in his field of work came though over the phone. I had to come out to Utah on three court appearances and each... and every time he was there on time and prepared. David thank you for representing me and giving me a sense of stability and peace of mind for the future. GREAT DEDICATED ATTORNEY!!! I WISH I HAD HIM AT THE BEGINNING!

David is an awesome attorney. My Private Investigator recommended him to me. I wish I had him at the beginning of my High Conflict Divorce/Custody battle because I feel that he would've done A LOT better job representing me than my previous attorney did. That being said, when I decided to find new co...unsel, I had a huge mess left and was in the middle of a nasty custody dispute and needed a letter sent that same day. David got right to work on my case, worked late into a Friday night and got everything sent in time. He has been very aggressive in representing me and I have been very happy with the results thus far. He won't "sugar coat" or "tell you what you want to hear" with what is happening in the case and is very straight forward and realistic with what he thinks can and cannot be done; with not only me but everyone involved in the case. He is very prompt at returning phone calls, emails and filing everything that needs to be filed. He is very dedicated and will work late hours to get the job done. I have received phone calls from him late evenings regarding my case. He also doesn't nickel and dime you for every little thing he does which is nice. I recommend David to anyone that is going through a divorce/custody battle, especially if it's high conflict. You will be well represented.
