Great and Friendly Service

Excellent Lawyer

David Pedrazas helped me with a jurisdiction case. I lived in a separate state with my children while my husband lived in Utah and David was able to help me so I never needed to travel. He knew exactly what to do and was able to win 2 cases for me! Couldn't have done it without him!

The Best!!!

David is extremely intelligent and knows Utah Law!!!! He helped me in a case that was super delicate and life changing. David is very trustworthy and transparent. Dificult Divorce - Great Results!

David was a great help in a very hostile situation. My ex-wife was out for blood. She used the internet and other avenues to defame and harass during our separation and divorce. David was able to guide me through the worst time of my life with a great result. In the past, I have had zero luck in Utah... for competent and inexpensive legal help. One Satisfied client!

2 years ago I Googled 'Aggressive Lawyer' in my area, little did I know I was getting that exact promise. David Pedrazas has been working on my case for 2 years, he helped me get through my custody battle with more than I asked or expected. During the custody battle we were appointed a custody e...valuator, long story short the evaluation did not go in my favor, David was adamant about fighting it, he was confident we would win the case and that's exactly what he did. I've heard that judges take a lot of weigh in on evaluators, I had no hope that I'd win over someone that seemed to "know what he was doing." David Pedrazas proved that evaluator wrong and demolished his whole recommendation. The judge went in my favor and now I can live in peace and give my daughter the stable life she deserves. Thank you David for your hard work and Aggressive attitude towards my case. I highly recommend this attorney to anyone that's seeking a professional that really KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING!
