Highly Recommended, Knowledgeable and Professional

I wouldn't trust anyone else but David Pedrazas. He is an outstanding attorney who gives quality service and compassion for his clients. His success proves that he is a great attorney. David is a very dedicated and knowledgeable. He will fight for your rights. He won both my cases. I was so impressed... seeing him in court. Also very reasonable. He will meet with you for a consultation and take the time to talk to you to make sure all your questions are answered, whether it takes 10 minutes or an hour. He is very thorough.

Diva Not

David Pedrazas helped navigate my very difficult, nasty divorce thru unbelievably 'choppy waters' , culminating in a very FAIR settlement on my behalf with child custody and alimony issues. Against unbelieveable odds, he ALWAYS took the high-road personally and professionally,. His tenacity is his ...greatest strength. GREAT DEDICATED ATTORNEY!!! I WISH I HAD HIM AT THE BEGINNING!

David is an awesome attorney. My Private Investigator recommended him to me. I wish I had him at the beginning of my High Conflict Divorce/Custody battle because I feel that he would've done A LOT better job representing me than my previous attorney did. That being said, when I decided to find new co...unsel, I had a huge mess left and was in the middle of a nasty custody dispute and needed a letter sent that same day. David got right to work on my case, worked late into a Friday night and got everything sent in time. He has been very aggressive in representing me and I have been very happy with the results thus far. He won't "sugar coat" or "tell you what you want to hear" with what is happening in the case and is very straight forward and realistic with what he thinks can and cannot be done; with not only me but everyone involved in the case. He is very prompt at returning phone calls, emails and filing everything that needs to be filed. He is very dedicated and will work late hours to get the job done. I have received phone calls from him late evenings regarding my case. He also doesn't nickel and dime you for every little thing he does which is nice. I recommend David to anyone that is going through a divorce/custody battle, especially if it's high conflict. You will be well represented.

Getting things done

Since the beginning of going to court for the past 5 years, I have been though 3 other attorneys that have not been able to accomplish what David has in the last 6 moths. While searching for another attorney in the Salt Lake area, I knew what I wanted in my next attorney. Qualities such as passiona...te, fierce, loyal, knowledgeable, and hardworking all came to mind. Many of the reviews I read about David online outlined these attributes. After initially meeting David, I knew he was the lawyer for me. His presence in court demanded justice for those wronged and he never took no for an answer. His knowledge saved me multiple times from the commissioner walking over my rights as a father and he would not back down from a fight from anyone. He strategically fought for my cause in court and had a well balanced approach as to how to handle each situation at hand. Since the reputation for fathers rights in Utah has been known to be tipped in favor of mothers, David made sure to set the balance and re-establish the importance I have as a father in my daughters life. In turn I was able to gain sole custody of my daughter and he continues to protect my rights as a father. I most definitely would recommend his skills and attitude as a lawyer in any court room.

Picking the right attorney is everything!

I've had the pleasure of being represented by David Pedrazas for the last two years through a very contentious divorce and custody fight. David fights tirelessly not just for what's fair for you but for what's right. Divorce in Utah is a stacked deck against you for a man. The only way I received any...thing approximating fair resulted from David's legal skill and ferocity. He is an extraordinary lawyer.
