TODD BURNHAM: intuitive, passionate, impregnable, unrelenting, and capable of bringing desired outcomes. Here is my story: I went through a very ugly, lengthy, and contentious divorce. A divorce complete with infidelity, domestic violence, restraining orders, no-contact orders, and repeated motion...s filed by my ex-husband. The legal drama and turmoil was ominous. Unfortunately, having never been through a divorce before, I had to go through two worthless attorneys before I finally found "the one." Todd Burnham and his firm actually fought for me and made things "right" after over 3 years of things being extremely “wrong.” How I wish I had discovered Mr. Burnham and his firm 3 years earlier. It is mind boggling to think of how different things could have been! Based on his performance, I think it is fair to conclude I would not have gone through all the legal turmoil, emotional agony, parental alienation and hostile drama causing major decline in the children as evidenced by physical and verbal outbursts at school, suicidal ideations and floundering academic performance. And yet, given all of these outward cries for help, the children were not allowed to seek professional help. “Joint decision making” vetoed every positive attempt I made to assuage the children confusion, anger and grief. I felt helpless as a mother, to intervene on behalf of the children until I joined forces with the Burnham Law Firm. Todd Burnham, Gavin Halligan, and JP Prentiss are knowledgeable, confident and skilled with precise execution of strategic moves to win difficult legal cases like my own. Under their guidance, I endured a year-long custody battle that culminated in a change in parenting time and decision making, giving me the upper hand to make a change. After many depressing losses, the truth was finally exposed and we won our case! I now have majority custody of the children during the school year and sole decision making! The children are finally settled and healing as evidenced by their emotional, academic and social growth from counseling, involvement in sports, tutoring and “hands on” parenting. If my story sounds even remotely familiar, DO NOT WASTE ANYMORE PRECIOUS TIME! You need a team that will actually fight and win. I will never use another attorney to deal with my ex-husband. It is the Burnham Law firm or nothing else! There are so many attorneys out there with greedy hands, ready to take your money. Unfortunately, they fail to deliver. Todd and the Burnham Law firm will NOT LET YOU DOWN. I hope that by reading my story, you can also eventually find the peace and closure that the Burnham Law Firm has afforded me. Todd Burnham, Gavin Halligan, and JP Prentiss at the Burnham Law Firm have changed my life. I will forever be grateful for the closure I now have after so many years of fighting with bitter angst and disgust with our legal system.

High Asset Divorce with children

I am an executive who has accumulated significant assets and I have a high annual income including bonuses. I hired Todd and Burnham Law to handle my divorce after changing from a previous attorney. My wife's lawyer had her way with my lawyer and I was bleeding emotionally and financially. He im...mediately fixed the issues that plagued my case for months which was shocking, and sad, since I paid tens of thousands of dollars to the first lawyer who seemingly did nothing. The end result was nothing less than excellence. I hired this firm for their reputation for being aggressive, but that really wasn't my experience. They were certainly assertive at times but Todd and his team weren't necessarily "pitbulls." They knew the law and the facts and together we made strategic decisions, combining the facts and the law, which resulted in a settlement that was highly desirable. Just hired Todd

During my initial consultation a couple days ago, I contacted Todd's firm. After my initial consultation call I immediately liked Todd. He listened as I explained my post divorce situation which began simple enough with an ex that has now spiraled into mess involving kids. He listened and just seemed... to understand and empathize with my situation. He made me feel like for the first time in many years that someone was finally going to be in my corner truly fighting for me and that my back is covered.

The BEST, without question!

I knew Todd was the attorney I wanted from the moment I spoke with him on the phone for the first time. In our brief conversation, he understood what I needed and what he was going to be dealing with in my ex-husband and his attorney. After our first meeting in person along with Andrew, it was a done... deal. Todd is very laid back yet brilliant at what he does. Todd's strategic approach, reassurance, and re-evaluation during each step and hurdle is second to none. He and Andrew know the law and strategically used it throughout the case. Based on my situation, Todd promised me the best outcome for my son and I, and he delivered exactly what he promised! He's not the cheapest attorney out there, but he's well worth it. He doesn't charge for every little thing, quick updates, emails and does his best to be cost effective. Todd, Andrew, Lisa and his associates are hands down the BEST at what they do! I'm truly grateful for all he has done for me and family!

Exceptional Attorney

Mr. Burnham assisted me with a child custody case in which my daughter was exposed to domestic disputes, a lack of education, and no income or support. Her mother had disappeared without providing an address or telephone number. Todd kept me well-informed with timely responses to my questions and was... flexible with his schedule to take the time to sit down with me and discuss in further detail. I get to read my daughter a bedtime story and tuck her in every night thanks to his assistance, and I am forever grateful. Not only this, but my financial situation was not as it was expected to be, he was understanding and willing to provide a solution/agreement to this matter as well.
