These folks are down-to-earth and will fight for you

Kristin Weaver and Sarah Pisk were lifesavers for my family and I in the custody battle with my ex. They really took the time to understand my unique situation, and advocated for my children and I throughout my entire time working with them. Happy plaintiff !!!! Thank you Todd!

When I first called Burnham law firm I spoke with Todd. I had a unique child support case and I wasn’t sure if it would be worth the hassle and stress. After he heard about my situation he was excited and confident that the firm would be able to help me. He had total confidence that I would be positi...vely rewarded with both full child custody, child support going forward, and back pay for 16 years prior. Everything he told me came to fruition as well as even the possibility of having some of our court costs covered by the defendant! So, looking back it was one of my better decisions in life to have been represented by Todd and the Burnham Law firm.

Great law firm

I was/am involved in a high conflict divorce and custody situation and have been working with the Burnham Law Firm for over 2 years now. I first spoke with Todd when I decided to use this firm and he was very personable and knew ahead of time everything I would need to go through for my case and was ...exactly right. He listened to me and made me feel like I would be in good hands, and I was throughout my whole case. In the end Todd oversaw my case and I was placed with a different lawyer who I love. I will continue to use this law firm for my needs that unfortunately will most likely continue.

Professional and Well Prepared!

I worked with Danielle on a parenting dispute issue. She was very well prepared and professional when presenting exhibits and information to the Judge. I was very happy with the outcome of the hearing and highly recommend her to others.

Excellent Strategist & Attorney

I was google searching what I needed to do for my case when I came across Todd Burnham and his law firm. It’s important to note that I was already being represented by another attorney at this time, but was not feeling that they were handling my child custody case the best that they could. I reached ...out to the Burnham Law Firm and was immediately put in contact with Todd Burnham. I could tell Todd was busy, but he took the time to listen to me, answered all my questions, and provided me with his strategy on how to be successful with my case. Todd had a since of urgency and a no non-sense attitude that left me confident that he was the right attorney for the job. He understood that there was only 3 days to execute his strategy, but he assured me that he could get it done in the time we had. I hired him on the spot and terminated my relationship with the other attorney. Todd is a genius and one who is not afraid to take on a tough case even at the last minute. His confidence sold him, but my success with the case 3 days later sealed it for me. If your smart you will hire him and have the “right attorney” not just “an attorney” on your side.
