Dan has been a great attorney. I originally had a lawyer working on my case, but she retired. Dan took over her caseload. He honored the agreements I had already made with her regarding travel and worked with me regarding my retainer. Since I live in Pueblo, the travel arrangements were a huge he...lp to me. I ended up with a favorable outcome in regards to many of the motions filed. I would 100% recommend Dan to anyone needing a divorce/custody attorney.

I had a consultation with Dan after my ex filed for divorce. I was impressed by the direct approach and candid explanations offered. Being a guy in a Colorado divorce process, there were elements that I was reluctant to accept about the proceedings. Rather that capitalize on fighting every element... I found distasteful, Dan's counsel impressed me through explanation of the court perspective and his focused effort on the items I identified as priorities; his rebuttals to motions from the other counsel were extremely effective, and all the motions he filed on my behalf were relevant and beneficial to the outcome. (This was in brilliant contrast to the ex's counsel who had no shame in charging for frivolous motions and harassments intended to affect points already ruled on by the court. Not to say any names, but it rhymes with "Morrison") Though divorce is not an experience I care to repeat, I would gladly hire Noffsinger Law again if I were ever in need of legal counsel.

I highly recommend Dan for any family matter. Dan takes the time to actually listen to your concerns and make you feel comfortable; you are not "just a client." Dan exceeded my expectations by always taking the time to address each of my concerns and never making me feel like my questions were "sil...ly" or irrational. He made sure to always keep me updated with my care and always prepared me for the next step in the process. I would not go through this process without Dan and his staff!

Dan and his team took care of everything for my divorce, which was especially helpful since I was out of the state for the entire process. They scheduled and kept track of all of the important dates for me, communicated with the courts and the other party frequently, and kept me up to date as we made... progress. My emails were usually answered very quickly and phone calls were always returned. Besides the great communication, Dan is obviously very knowledgeable in this area and was able to keep the separation agreement fair and protect my rights as a father. Overall, I'm very satisfied with his services and will certainly employ him again without hesitation if the need arises.
