At the beginning of the divorce process, I interviewed five attorneys in the Colorado Springs area based on recommendations I received from friends who had been through the divorce process. My priorities involved custody issues and obtaining a parenting plan that would enable me to regain a sense of ...freedom in my own life apart from my ex’s attempts to exert control over me.
