I highly recommend Dan for any family matter. Dan takes the time to actually listen to your concerns and make you feel comfortable; you are not "just a client." Dan exceeded my expectations by always taking the time to address each of my concerns and never making me feel like my questions were "sil...ly" or irrational. Out of country, and needed a good lawyer to help with a bogus and frivolous restraining order, from ridiculous family members, who are in Colorado. Yes! this was an out of country case that called for a lawyer in Colorado. Spoke with several other lawyers, before going with the best, Mr. Noffsinger! ... Dan was a very professional and honest attorney. He was always very honest and realistic and gave us the best advice based off our situation. Let me start by saying that no matter the outcome, divorce sucks!! But having a compassionate legal team who truly cares about you and your case and you can count on every step of the way is paramount when trying to ease the overall pain.
