I met with Dan two years ago for my initial consultation. I was so impressed with his presence, how he listened and understood my circumstances. At the time, when I walked away, I didn't have peace in my heart to move forward with filing for divorce just yet. I had a consultation with Dan after my ex filed for divorce. I was impressed by the direct approach and candid explanations offered. Being a guy in a Colorado divorce process, there were elements that I was reluctant to accept about the proceedings. Rather that capitalize on fighting every element... I found distasteful, Dan's counsel impressed me through explanation of the court perspective and his focused effort on the items I identified as priorities; his rebuttals to motions from the other counsel were extremely effective, and all the motions he filed on my behalf were relevant and beneficial to the outcome. (This was in brilliant contrast to the ex's counsel who had no shame in charging for frivolous motions and harassments intended to affect points already ruled on by the court.
