I was charged with DUI. Mark worked with me to guide me through the legal process, represented me well in court, and helped me through the post trial process. When I first hired Mark to defend my son's dwai, my son initially thought it might be best to listen to what his friends said and experienced when they went through the same situation. Very quickly, my son learned that his friends didn't know crap. He then took an about face and did every single thing Mark suggested. By listening to Mark and following through, my son was able to stay in school and minimize his legal punishments rather dramatically. This does NOT mean he will "get you off"; that is nearly impossible in today's strict anti-dui society.
