Brian just helped me out with a legal matter that required a lot of listening, as it was a fairly complicated matter, and Brian easily synthesized the information and gave me a path forward, during my consultation, that I believe will help me limit my liability and stop the nonsense. He was honest ...with me, and told me the hard facts, and in doing so, it turns out, I may not even need to hire an attorney, but if the matter progresses (it's at an early stage) and if I do need someone to handle this, if it goes to court, I will not hesitate to reach out to Brian.

I contacted Brian as a result of a recommendation from a friend. Initial contact was via telephone and was most helpful. I arranged a formal meeting within a week. We met and discussed my needs relating to deeds and powers of attorney. Brian recently prepared the usual set of estate documents (wills, POA, etc). It was a pretty straightforward situation but Brian picked up on a couple of details that needed to be handled that I wouldn't have thought of.
