I asked Hans to review our case several years ago, and after his due diligence, he let me know there was nothing he could do. However, a year or two later, as a new court decision was made, he proactively reached out to me and my family and told us there was a window of opportunity to fight our case.... Within 80 days him and his team collected and presented our case, which was held up in the courts another couple of years. However, every time there was a new case ruling, they would proactively update our case and continued to submit new evidence - not once did we have to chase them down to do so. After several years of waiting in the courts, but after two decades of our family being separated, we won our case!
