Lacks time

Lyda was hired by my sibling. When Ex was being a big bully, Lyda was emailed, called for advice and help. Lyda would take days to respond. And her answers were short, unclear.

Family members often have a different perspective not fully knowing the whole story. The office staff and lawyers are available 24/7 by email and prioritize responses based on exigent circumstances.
