I got a DWI charge a little while ago and Rick came to the rescue. He did amazing work and kept me informed about every step of the process. I'm extremely happy to say that Rick succes...sfully got my DWI downgraded to an Obstruction of Highway Charge and that once I have completed my supervision period I will have it completely removed from my record. I was fortunate enough to have Rick on my side when I needed some professional help. I was in some trouble and initially was assigned a public defender. That public defender was convincing me to sign for what he called a sweet deal. I was arrested for assault and they were telling me that the charges... would be lowered but in reality I would still be charged criminally. I was led to believe it would be the lower charge would be equivalent to a speeding ticket. That is what the public defender was selling me. It was only a sweet deal because the prosecutor still would have a win under his belt. When I noticed I was getting the run around, I was fortunate enough to have Rick step in and take the lead. He assured me that he would do his best and not to worry. I was not sure what the outcome would be but when I received the lovely news from Rick that the case was dismissed, I was so happy and in tears. Yes I made a mistake but Rick made sure I was afforded a second chance to get myself together. I will forever be thankful for Rick and his assurance that everything would be ok! I hope more people are lucky enough to have Rick on their side.
