I came to Kiele being placed in a very tough predicament for the first time in my life. I was being accused of aggravated assault 2nd degree against my husband and was devastated! I hired Kiele for representation in a criminal case. I gave Kiele a retainer amount for her representation and after I paid Kiele, her demeanor changed. She no longer responded to phone calls or emails and I was unable to receive any information on my case from her. Due to negligence I terminated rep...resentation from Kiele and she then sent me an email threatening to report a delinquent amount on my credit because I asked for a partial refund of my retainer since she had only filed a few pleas and handled jail release. I only used Kiele's service a month and she refuses to refund any amount of my retainer. I do not recommend Kiele's services and now I am searching for a more diligent and non-greedy lawyer.

I signed the agreement letter in July and the firm has not provided me with the draft papers that needs to submitted to the court house. This was for a expunction of a record. I supplied all the documents before I hired in July. The firm made it very clear that the waiting time will be in the cou...rts and they will be able to get the draft to me within a couple of weeks. It has been over two months now and I not received the draft.

Good legal representation can be hard to find. The fact that one has to weed through the many sources to find an attorney is complex enough, but I was very pleased with the services that Attorney Linroth-Pace provided.
