Our college-age son had previously obtained a court order to dismiss his Class 3 misdemeanor citation, and he wanted to get his record expunged. Kevin always answered in a timely manner and helped my daughter with her theft case. He got her bail jumping charge dismissed and her theft case reduced to disorderly conduct which we can have exponged in a couple of years. She got no probation, had to take a theft class, and do 20 hours of community... service and show she is enrolled in college.
