I had little time to find a lawyer, and Ilana was recommended by another law firm who didn't do mediation. So glad I found her. In our initial meeting, she knew opposing council well and it showed later in the process. She also knew my previous lawyer and pegged that one pretty accurately. When al...l was finished, she took out her notes from our initial meeting that listed all the items I stated I had hoped to get, and she checked off each one. Done. Her office staff is pleasant to deal with, as is Ilana herself. But she is definitely no pushover.

I can honestly say that Ms. Tanner was so professional and empathetic to my situation. She was prompt, assertive and always reassured me that I wasn't alone. She gave me confidence when I was unsure of myself. She made herself available when necessary and always put my needs as a client first. She al...ways made sure I understood what was being told to me and took her time to explain. She updated me about my case without being asked. She was also my voice, with no hesitation, when I was being steered wrong. She is an amazing, magnificent human being. Her title is well earned and deserved. Highly recommend by me!
