To be frank, the legal system is incredibly re-victimizing for survivors of abuse. Ilana went above and beyond in my case. It was incredibly difficult and mentally taxing. She went for more than I thought we could, and won. She is not the obvious brash bull-dog lawyer, but calculating, intelligent an...d relentless. I much prefer the genuine kindness and help she gave, than faked ferocity or promises that fall short.
