Just want to say that David White is the best lawyer you can ask for. He went way beyond any attorney I have ever had. After I wreaked my truck and my bud came and got me and brought me home cause my truck was in a ditch. Was planning on calling a tow company the next morning to get it out. Was home ...for 2 hours and had a knock on the door and it was the sheriff's department. I had been drinking since I was home and they arrested me for a Felony DWI. When I talked to David and explained what happen he set a flat fee and said we can beat this. He worked and his staff worked with diligence for 2 years and today I signed for a class B misdemeanor collision with vehicle damage under two hundred dollars which I was guilty of and got time served for the 5 days I was in jail and no fines or court cost. In the beginning the DA wanted to give me 5 years in prison. If it weren't for David I would have been in prison. I soooo recommend David White and his law firm cause he will fight for your rights and the flat fee was just incredible for the amount of work and fight he put in for me. I had to get a lawyer in a hurry and after a week of talking with a few I was so discouraged. None seemed right. One of the oldest firms in town sounded fake, another one with over 100 reviews made me feel I was just a number. I prayed hard for God to show me a good attorney who wouldn't take adva...ntage of me financially or play me. Out of desperation I stayed up late at night to really dig in and search for someone HONEST. Bingo! Found this Dave White guy. A lot of great reviews, looked honest enough, but probably too good to be true. I called him the next day and after conversing with him, I told him I didn't even need to meet him, just get the ball rolling and fast. That's how sure I had an honest, intelligent, competent attorney. He still suggested the meeting and I am glad he did. He jumped right on it while I was sitting in front of him started working on my case! I got even a better read after that and walked out knowing he was a good person and more importantly, competent. He's a type A like me and driven. Just an overall good gut feeling. Well, let me tell you, he exceeded my expectations in every way possible. He was available, responded to my emails/texts/calls same day or next day, is very intelligent and patient on my bad days when worry overtook me and I was bombing him with texts and most important of all, I knew I was in good hands. He was able to get a meeting with the new DA and prosecuting attorney "their way", get a rejection decision on my case immediately after the meeting, filed for my expungement the day after my rejection letter was signed. From start to finish it took 6 mos. He is a trustworthy, good person and I highly recommend him. His office secretary is very pleasant to deal with also. I feel very blessed God lead me to this lawyer.

I was arrested on a sting of prostitution with a minor. Mr. White was consulted and was straight and to the point. He went to work and after multiple hearings and correspondences with the prosecutor I was offered deferred adjudication with 4 years probation. At the 2 year mark, Mr. Whight filed a ...motion for early termination. It was granted due to both, Mr. Wright and myself for following all the rules of probation and paying all the fines. Mr. White is a straight to the facts and communicated in a very timely manner. He was actually a comfort in the court room. I have never been in trouble with law enforcement and he was a great guide. I can't thank him enough.
