Juvenile Assault

We came to Mr. White with a juvenile assault case and in less than 24 hrs Mr. White was in the phone with the detective and working the case. He had a game plan and goal! Got 3 felonies dismissed

I have been away from Texas for over 10 years and shortly after leaving, I learned that three felony charges had been filed against me. The active warrants had followed me around and haunted me for over 10 years. I was currently fighting a federal case in another jurisdiction and I called several att...orneys in Austin and they all said I'd have to come back and turn myself in then we could fight the charges. That was not an option. I called Mr White and from the initial call, he provided optimism, hope and confidence in his ability to get these charges possibly fully dismissed. It took me several months to get the monies together to retain him, but he was always ready and would periodically reach out to see where I was with things. Once I retained his services, it was probably no more than 48 hours before he came back to me with the incredible news that all charges had been dismissed. This was EVERYTHING to me! I had told my federal attorney that I had an attorney working on those other charges and he told me, "there's not a prosecutor in the world who will drop those charges until you are serving your sentence." Well, he'd never met David White! I am not planning on every finding myself needing a criminal attorney again, but I would fully endorse David to handle anyone with serious criminal charges in the Austin area. He is compassionate, confident, generous and a man of his word. I am beyond grateful.

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY

Mr. David White is an outstanding Atty. When my son went in to consult with him he was so understanding and explained everything we needed to know. He was my son's atty. We can't Thank him enough for all he did and for all his hard work. He answered our calls and his staff is so nice and patient and ...never did they make us feel like we were a bother to them. Mr. White worked very hard for us and at the end of everything he helped my son avoid so much more trouble. My experience with Superman

Mr. White is understanding, realistic and determined. He will work for in impossible, and make the impossible possible. He kept not only me, but my mother updated throughout the case. I had a very difficult case that gave me anxiety. He was able to meet with me and the prosecutor whom both made me fe...el better about my situation by explaining all possible outcomes and what the future would look like. It was if he worked closely with the prosecution to explain who I am, and why I deserved a lighter punishment. In the end, he made the impossible possible by achieving probation on charges that the specific judge had never giving probation for. I will recommend him for any type of case due to his ability to work with prosecution. I was able to avoid jail time, see my family everyday, keep my job and best of all, I am free. That was my experience working with Superman.
