I hired David for two separate cases involving our family. David was sympathetic yet, realistic. He fought for our truth and won in two separate counties. Made this process as easy as possible for me!

With this being my first run in with the law I had no clue what to expect. I was very scared and nervous that my poor decsison had ruined my future. David White reassured me that, that wasn’t so and let me know during my free consultation of all my options. He was upfront and honest from beginning to... the end that by no means would this be easy/a short process but that I indeed have a chance to get my case expunged. With his help I’m in the process of doing just that. David has great communication with his clients, is honest about what your options are and what will be best for you , responds to texts/emails in a timely manner, and makes you feel at ease throughout the whole process. I chose David to represent me based off his amazing reviews from past/other clients and I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

David to the rescue!

I called David last August after my daughter got a minor in possession while away in college. My wife & I were terrified that this mistake might cost our daughter dearly. Luckily for us, we found David to take care of this for us. He walked us through the process during the initial free consultati...on. Several months later the case was dismissed and ultimately expunged. We cannot thank David enough for all his help in protecting our daughters future!

Mr. White has your back

Mr. White is an amazing lawyer. He helped me through one of the scariest periods of my life, going through the legal system. I didn't want to do it alone, but I wanted someone I knew I could talk to and would get results. Well, Mr. White succeeded! quick and stress free process

I was referred to David White by UT Legal Services (I was a previous student) and I am very happy they did! He is very thorough, friendly, easy to reach, and most importantly: works quickly. He successfully completed my expunction process for a class C misdemeanor. I no longer live in Austin and he ...handled my case entirely over the phone with no problems. During my consultation he patiently answered all my questions. After confirming I wanted him to take on my case he had the paperwork I needed to sign to me the next day (if not the same day) and made my requested adjustments right away. He made the entire process so easy and stress free that I wish I had contacted him sooner! Seriously, David will make you feel so comfortable and get your case handled quickly!
