Speedy Expunction

David did an amazing job of getting my case expunged in less than a month while others told me it would take 2 years. He communicated every step along the way and was very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend using him for any legal matter you may have!

Mr. White went numerous extra miles *and* we beat the case!!!

From minute one of working with Mr. White, I felt comforted and confident that I had found the right attorney for me - things just seem to click when working with David. He has a set of legal skills and social personality that really allowed me to not just feel, but also know that not only was he wor...king/fighting in every way that he could behind the scenes, but that the situation was also in the best hands that it could be in, and that he genuinely cared and never hesitated to take action, in part because he even took the time to make a bit of a personal connection as a friend, off-topic, in between it all. David was able to work his powerful professional abilities even amidst the pandemic, and he managed to get a nonsense warrant eliminated just before I returned to the area from working abroad, and the case dismissed mere days thereafter. I can't recommend Mr. David D. White enough if you're looking around for an attorney. I confidently look forward to working successfully with him on expungement as well. Thanks, David!

Threw the dart and hit a bullseye

I had to get a lawyer in a hurry and after a week of talking with a few I was so discouraged. None seemed right. One of the oldest firms in town sounded fake, another one with over 100 reviews made me feel I was just a number. I prayed hard for God to show me a good attorney who wouldn't take adva...ntage of me financially or play me. Out of desperation I stayed up late at night to really dig in and search for someone HONEST. Bingo! Found this Dave White guy. A lot of great reviews, looked honest enough, but probably too good to be true. I called him the next day and after conversing with him, I told him I didn't even need to meet him, just get the ball rolling and fast. That's how sure I had an honest, intelligent, competent attorney. He still suggested the meeting and I am glad he did. He jumped right on it while I was sitting in front of him started working on my case! I got even a better read after that and walked out knowing he was a good person and more importantly, competent. He's a type A like me and driven. Just an overall good gut feeling. Well, let me tell you, he exceeded my expectations in every way possible. He was available, responded to my emails/texts/calls same day or next day, is very intelligent and patient on my bad days when worry overtook me and I was bombing him with texts and most important of all, I knew I was in good hands. He was able to get a meeting with the new DA and prosecuting attorney "their way", get a rejection decision on my case immediately after the meeting, filed for my expungement the day after my rejection letter was signed. From start to finish it took 6 mos. He is a trustworthy, good person and I highly recommend him. His office secretary is very pleasant to deal with also. I feel very blessed God lead me to this lawyer.

Highly Recommend! Best Attorney!

One of the best if not the best attorney in Travis county. Your not just another case with David, he takes pride in what he does. When I first got arrested for the first time I really was lost and didn’t know what to do. The bail bonds company reccomended me to look for an attorney in Travis county a...nd I live in Houston, which made it a bit hard because I’m not familiar with the area. I started searching, called a few attorneys in the area and honestly no one heard me out like David did. He was honest with me and very encouraging. I scheduled a consultation with David and I was instantly impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the criminal process. He even came in to his office on a Saturday to sit and talk to me, which was his day off. I walked in super nervous, but as soon as we sat down and went over my case he gave me hope and was really honest about everything. I didn’t even have to consult with another attorney after consulting with him. I Hired him right at the spot. As soon as I walked out of his office I felt he took a huge weight off my shoulder. I honestly can say I was speaking to god. Very supportive, friendly and his trust was everything to me. Not only will I see him as an attorney I see him as a friend. Very stressful process, but David was always calm and confident and that helped me a lot going through this. He was very communicative with me always. Thank god and him we finally were able to get the case dismissed, and my expectations were exceeded. For a first time in my life I went through this I’m glad i met such a dedicated, talented, supportive and professional attorney like him. I really hope and pray I never go through this again and never need his services, but if someone in my family or friend needs an attorney I will highly recommend him. Now we’re working together and hoping we can get the case expunged. With case dismissed he still answers my calls and helps me in anything I need. Outstanding client service

I had high anxiety and did not know what to expect dealing with a DWI charge, with an otherwise spotless record and no experience with personal legal issues. I did thorough diligence on criminal defense attorneys in Austin, using avvo.com and other resources, and narrowed down to six attorney candid...ates including David White. Within hours of submitting an inquiry to David, we were personally in touch and built immediate rapport. David's communication and delivery was something that, as a client service professional myself, I knew was mission critical to not only make the legal process bearable, but to drive the best possible outcome for my case. After interviewing all six candidates, David stood out due to the personalization of his approach to service, timeliness of response, fairness and simplicity of his approach to fees and obvious knowledge and demonstration of the different permutations and angles to a DWI case. What I most liked about David's approach was his confident, yet realistic, posture toward my case which put my mind at ease and allowed me to continue to focus on my career, family and life while the process played out. Well, David came through. We reached a point in pre-trial where the prosecution had dismissed the DWI charge, in lieu of a separate class B misdemeanor and deferred disposition. Given the facts of my case and the foundation laid up front through David's direction, his advice was that we could achieve a better outcome. David easily could have "stopped here" and advised me to take the reduction, but he's not that kind of attorney. At the next court setting, after additional discussion with David, the prosecution dismissed the DWI with deferred prosecution which additionally gives the opportunity for full expungement. David absolutely crushed this and had my back the whole way. I could not have made a better decision or asked for a better outcome. Highly recommend.
