David White is a great attorney. I was charged with a class B misdemeanor. David made all of my appearances on my court date. Our goal was to have the charge dismissed. The county attorney offered probation, classes and community service. I informed David I would take their offer, but he refused to g...ive up and he fought for me until the end. The reason I told him I was ready to accept the probation because I did not want to put my family through the court hearing. While I was waiting in the courtroom, David came into the courtroom and told me he had some good news. I thought he was going to  tell me he convinced the county attorney to reduce the probation. When he told me he was able to have the charge dismissed, it was a birthday gift and Christmas in one day. Because the charges were dismissed, I do not have pay probation fees over the next 18 months, I do not have pay for classes, and I did not lose certain rights. I would recommend David White to anyone who needs help with a criminal matter.

I have unfortunately been involved with the court and legal proceedings a handful of times so I have experienced my shares of lawyers. David White was the first lawyer who I felt completely understood what I wanted and who set realistic expectations for me to follow. Two years ago I had a feeling I was going to need a criminal lawyer. I called David and put him on retainer and I am so glad I did. A year later I found out there was a warrant for my arrest in a different city for a level 3 felony. I called David and the next day I drove to Austin and went to his of...fice. We went to the court house and I turned myself in but David got everything done before hand so I literally took my picture finger prints and went home on a signature bond. David has gone to court for me for the past year since I live out of town. Yesterday I went to court and got my charges reduced to a Class A Misdemeanor with 16 months probation then dismissed. I dont think anyone would have done what David did for me.
