Focused, driven, and incredibly intelligent problem solver.

I hired Benjamin while seeking relief from incredibly strict probation. He treated my case like it was his own personal battle. He didn't just get me relief, he got my probation terminated early, which other lawyers told me was impossible. He did it like it was just another Tuesday. He was the first ...person to listen to me through my years of legal struggles. I don't know how to fully describe the gratefulness I feel toward him and I can't recommend him enough. My only regret is not meeting him earlier in my life. If I ever need a lawyer for anything criminal or otherwise, he is my first call.

Super Lawyer

Benjamin Gergen had two felony possession charges dismissed for me and I have seen him work wonders for two close friends. If you have criminal charges in Travis county then figure out a way to hire this lawyer.
