I worked with this office regarding a lawsuit that was filed against me and they were great! They looked at every avenue possible that might be helpful to me. Not helpful to my CASE, but helpful to ME, regardless of the case. This makes all of the difference. There's a more urgent desire to help when... you can see your clients as people. Moreover, Terri went well above and beyond to help me, and both she and Mr. Whalen were Candid about the process and what I could expect. In 2019 I found myself with a medical issues that affected my finances in a negative aspect. As a result in 2020 a suit was brought against me from a company I owed money. Working with the Law Office of Kelley Whalen they were able to help me settle the suit brought against me. They were courteous... and understanding of my situation and took their time to listen and understand my specific situation. I don't normally write reviews, but I truly appreciate Kelley and his OM Terri! They went above and beyond to help me with my pro se case when the judge said I was missing some attachments. I had called multiple lawyers in Gtown trying to find help with what I was missing, and their offices refused t...o take a look or wanted to charge a ridiculous amount. By the time I spoke with Terri, I was in tears. She managed to arrange a same day phone call with Mr. Whalen who then took me page by page of what I was missing and gave me some great advice. I was referred to this office by my employer's legal aid benefit. They were prompt, courteous and effective in helping me get resolution. I had overpaid a healthcare provider and was having a difficult time being refunded.
