En el 2005 yo tuve un problema criminal relacionado con pocesion de sustancia illegal. My green card case had been thrown out twice (including the appeal) by USCIS & my previous representation had actually thrown in the towel on my case after the initial denial. I knew I had a strong case & enough proof that was all over the place.
