Highly Reccomend

Shane recently represented me for 2 felony charges. Shane and his office worked with me every step of the way, which is relieving in such a stressful time. Under aged drinking

Our Son was at home when he received a call from some friends that they had been pulled over and arrested. The Officer let them call a friend to pick up vehicle so it was not impounded. My Son went there to help and was arrested because when asked if he had been drinking, he said yes, back at my ...dorm I had a beer a few hours ago. Campus Police arrested him for having a beer at his dorm two hours previous.

Top Notch Attorney

Mr. Phelps defended me when I was arrested for DWI. Within hours after bonding out, Mr. Phelps put my mind at ease about the pending case. Took care of everything!

Shane Phelps and his staff are outstanding. Shane did a great job of representing me. Those of us who are naïve to the legal process sometimes can feel like nothing is happening with our case. It ultimately became clear to me that through his many years of experience, Shane understands this about the... system. Excellent representation for my college-aged son

Mr. Phelps and his office were extremely knowledgable and helpful in representing my 20 year old son in College Station, TX.
