BEST LAWYER IN BCS HANDS DOWN! BAR NONE!!

I WAS FACING A LOT OF CASES (PROB AROUND 8 CHARGES) THAT HAD STACKED UP OVER A FEW YEARS. POMS, MOTION TO REVOKE, POCS, AND A AGG ASSAULT WITH DEADLY WEAPON FELONY! I WAS ALMOST POSITIVE THAT I WAS GOING TO GO AWAY FOR A LONG TIME....PHELPS AND HIS TEAM FOUGHT FOR ME FOR YEARS AND I WAS ABLE TO DO N...O TIME AND HE GOT MOST OF MY CHARGES DROPPED!!!...TBH I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER OUTCOME!! SHANE PHELPS SAVED MY LIFE! IF IT WASN'T FOR HIM I WOULD HAVE GONE AWAY FOR A LOOONG TIME...I AM SO GRATEFUL TO HIM...HE IS WORTH EVERY DOLLAR AND MORE!! IF YOU GOT YOURSELF INTO SOMETHING SERIOUS... I WOULD SUGGEST SHANE PHELPS. HE IS A TOTAL BOSS AND THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES. HE EVEN HELPED ME GET MY LICENSE BACK IN ORDER AFTER EVERYTHING WAS SAID AND DONE... TBH I COULD NOT IMAGINE A BETTER LAWYER THANK YOU AGAIN SHANE...I WILL ALWAYS BE INDEBTED TO YOU

Possession of Marijuana

After calling Mr. Phelps, I knew I had the right lawyer. He immediately assured me (panicked mother) that he would guide my son and I through this Class B misdemeanor. He did indeed! Highly recommend for peace of mind

Shane Phelps

Shane is one of the best lawyers I know, having worked in the courts of Texas as a court reporter for many years. When Mr. Phelps was First Assistant DA in Brazos County, Texas he did his job with perfection. After he left the DA’s office and opened a private practice I wondered how well he would m...ake the change to defense attorney. When my 18-year-old grandson was charged with two felonies, Shane’s experience, negotiation skills and desire to help resulted in all charges being dismissed. For these reasons I recommend hiring Shane Phelps as a defense attorney.

First and Only Call

From the first conversation with Mr. Phelps I immediately felt an overwhelming sense of relief. The unfortunate situation I had gotten myself into threatened to drastically alter the future of my career. However, after meeting with and explaining my situation I left his office feeling as if I had lef...t the majority of my troubles behind with him. His friendliness and empathy for my case reassured me that resolving my issue would absolutely be one of his top priorities if not his number one task. I was able to go about my daily life, focusing on my work and family, while he fought the battles on my behalf behind the scenes and with barely any financial stress to myself and zero payment issues. Within a month and a half I was informed he was able to achieve the best-case outcome we had discussed in our first meeting! He helped to impressively minimize the impact of a potentially career-ruining offense while making sure I never once had to see the inside of a courtroom. Although I never see myself needing his assistance again, if anything were to happen he would once again be my first and only phone call without any doubt.
