Thankful Forever

It was a blessing from God that I found Mr. Phelps as my attorney. I met with Mr. Phelps day after I came out of bond. Within two weeks charges against me were dropped. I'll be thankful to Mr. Phelps forever. I would recommend him to anyone without any doubt.

Law office of Shane Phelps

Shane is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable in criminal defense and does his homework on every detail that can help. He is educated and well versed in this manner and I would highly recommend him for any help needed. He is the best defense lawyer in Texas hands down! There is a reason he and his off...ice have received so many awards, including top 100 defense attorney.

Hire him no matter what it takes!

I had made a series of business mistakes which I owned up to and attempted to resolve outside the court system. Unfortunately, 4 individuals did not want to work toward resolution and filed criminal charges. My first attorney worked toward resolution of the charges; but then died. The attorney app...ointed by the court to take over for the deceased attorney had no idea what had happened in the cases, what was happening in the cases, etc. All of the above resulted in these matters pending for over 4 years. Finally, on February 21, 2020 I meet with Shane to go over “where matters stood”. And while it was hard to spend the money on his fee (remember he was my 3rd attorney on this matter), I decided to retain him. On March 20, 2020 – only 1 month after being retained - the matter was resolved. And resolved under terms very, very favorable to me. For me this qualified as a miracle. So, I would urge anyone who needs help in a criminal matter to pay whatever it takes to have Shane represent you. He knows what to do – he knows how to do it – and he does it timely. One could not ask for anymore.

The Best

Shane, Donnie and Samantha were the perfect choice for my family. My son made a bad choice over Christmas break, and they were readily available with anything we needed. Shane was out of the country when we initially reached out, and still he took the time to talk to me several times on the phone . ... Donnie met us up at the office on a Saturday evening to advise us, because we were frantic. They truly care about the entire family. We ended up hiring the firm. With their advice and God’s loving mercy, my son wasn’t charged . I highly recommend this law firm .

Don't Look ANYWHERE else!

In a world full of challenges aimed directly at our youth or young adults, I have never met a man so determined to ensure they have a successful life beyond their mistakes. My husband and I are great parents, yet our children still make mistakes and are up against a legal system not designed to truly... help them. Shane Phelps is the light in all the dark of legal ups and downs. He is determined, honest, diligent, and relentless at protecting his clients. In my son's MTR case, it literally took him less than 30 days to listen, investigate, argue, and propose to the judge to get it dismissed. Being very compassionate is a non-negotiable attribute for us and he demonstrates this in and out of the courtroom. His office staff is no different and I cannot thank him enough for not only saving our daughter and son, but our entire family as well. You are making a mistake if you meet with anyone else. Do yourself a huge favor and sleep well with putting your faith in him.
