Juvenile sexual assault

Our son was falsely accused three years later of sexual assault. The alleged assault took place in his high school years. We hired Mr Phelps after we reached out to him; as a result of his free consultation. He told us how serious this charge can be. Our son is 20 now and is in college. He knew the l...aw and pursued the truth (our son took a polygraph and passed). Shane fought for our son and as a result all charges were dropped. Thank you Shane.

I highly recommend Shane Phelps.

Shane went beyond the call of duty in his representation of my son. He was instrumental in getting him into a specific dual diagnosis rehab facility when my attempts were unsuccessful. Easily the best option in Bryan/College Station

friend of a friend in need

Shane came highly recommended by a lawyer friend and he was fantastic! Within 48 hours of an initial interview, he’d researched the matter and found a serious flaw in the charges we were facing. Without even contracting with me, he reached out to the DA and got it resolved. He would not accept pa...yment, and when asked why, he said the just wanted to help. He’s that kind of lawyer, talented, aggressive and will care for you like family. Most important though, he gets the job done. Great communication, great advice

I was arrested for a DUI by University police even though I agreed to, and passed, the breathalyzer. I was very nervous about how a bogus arrest could impact my livelihood. Shane had a great bedside manner, listened to my scenario, and gave advice that turned out to be exactly what happened. He even ...reached out to the DA on my behalf free of charge. I felt so much better after initially speaking with him and especially after receiving the call that my case had been refused. I wholeheartedly recommend Shane and his team. Samantha is great as well, super communicative and knowledgeable. 2 gig'ems!
