I hired Steve to attend a hearing on a probation modification. My probation officer wanted me to install an ankle bracelet to monitor me for alcohol. I had been on probation for 7 years without a violation of any kind when my ex-wife called her and said I was drinking. When I had the hearing, I walke...d out proudly. Not only were they trying to make me have an ankle bracelet, the PO was wanting to add more restrictions on me.
