I am even happier that it wasn't required for us to subpoena for the phone records for MORE evidence for the fact Jennifer was the one that sent me those text messages that I've given to Mr. Silverman promptly. I commend Mr. Gonzales for even wanting to have the phone records subpoenaed from AT&T. I just hope that future clients will be able to get a hold of Mr. Gonzales in his office, and I DO respect the fact that's how he wants to be contacted via his office not cell-phone. Mr Gonzalez is aggressive, knowledgeable, and no- nonsense. A caring father who treated my daughter as his own and provided meaningful legal advice. He was able to negotiate a resolution so my child will not have long term legal ramifications. I was charged with a DWI with a blood alcohol level of over .15 which made it a class A misdemeanor. I was afraid I would lose my job and license.
