When I first met Steve, I have to admit that I was scared about much of my future. I had two previous DWIs, and my third one was in Brazoria County. I knew I was facing a felony charge with prison time, could lose my job and parental rights to my child, jeopardize most future employment opportunities......basically I could lose EVERYTHING. During my visit with Steve, he showed me that he has expert training in both blood-alcohol content and breathalyzer readings for DWIs and DUIs. He also mentioned that he knew about the cops that were connected to my case as well as having good, professional relationships with many of the people at the Brazoria County courthouse. As a result, I knew I had the right attorney to fight for me in Brazoria County! Steve managed to work a plea arrangement and have my charge reduced from a felony DWI charge to a misdemeanor charge! I received probation, and am forever grateful to Steve for keeping the felony off my record!

I was falsely accused of Indecency With a Child. I orginally hired an Attorney in my case that did not do his job correctly. While having my first Attorney I was Indicted on these charges. I was scared to death and knew I had to hire an Attorney that would fight for me. I met Steve through the 2nd At...torney I hired Jed Siverman. Jed and Steve work together on many cases. When I met Steve, I knew he had the knowledge I needed. He came in full force! He was up front and honest. He believed in me. I was offered a Plea Bargain. I declined the offer. Steve understood that I was innocent and did not take the easy way out by advising me to take the plea deal. He was ready to go to trial. We went to trial in October 2012. I was so impressed with Steve in the court room. On the day we picked the jury, Steve remembered every single juror by name, what they did for a living, and how many children each one had. He remembered all of this within 20 minutes! He blew my mind, and everyone esle's mind in the court room. Trial started the next day. Steve and Jed were so prepared and knowledgeable that it took a jury only 34 minutes to find me NOT GUILTY!! I will be forever grateful to Steve for fighting for me and standing up for the truth! Steve, is not just a good Attorney but a good man with good Morals!

First time to ever employee an attorney and the experience was horrific. Spent a lot of time selling himself and even got ex-client on speaker phone to help. Then took large amount of money up front and did not deliver on what he said he would do, specifics could take a while. Then at close to the... end, performed extremely high pressure tactics to accept plea-bargain. At the end, I realized I had been taken and he can not be trusted.

Steve talked a good game but charged extremely high fees. getting nowhere near the results he implied yet not refunding any money. I felt like his primary goal was to try and convince me I was getting a good deal and having me plea asap so he could go on to his next client. Further he got involved i...n areas that weren't his business and forgot i was the client not my parents. I despised his approach and results. I should have filed a greivance.
