I am happy Mr. Gonzales did actually take the time to talk to me during his hectic schedule the past weeks. I am even happier that it wasn't required for us to subpoena for the phone records for MORE evidence for the fact Jennifer was the one that sent me those text messages that I've given to Mr. Silverman promptly. I commend Mr. Gonzales for even wanting to have the phone records subpoenaed from AT&T. I just hope that future clients will be able to get a hold of Mr. Gonzales in his office, and I DO respect the fact that's how he wants to be contacted via his office not cell-phone. Nonetheless, he is an excellent lawyer. He will show up on your court date! And I am happy this man has close relationships with the district attorneys. I was charged with a DWI with a blood alcohol level of over .15 which made it a class A misdemeanor. I was afraid I would lose my job and license. To be honest I was skeptical of what Steve would be able to do since my BAC was very high, but somehow he got the charge reduced to reckless driving and... speeding. I didn't have to go on probation or do any community service hours. Now I can return to working full time on weekdays and weekends just how I did before this incident occurred. I hired Steve to attend a hearing on a probation modification. My probation officer wanted me to install an ankle bracelet to monitor me for alcohol. I had been on probation for 7 years without a violation of any kind when my ex-wife called her and said I was drinking. When I had the hearing, I walke...d out proudly. Not only were they trying to make me have an ankle bracelet, the PO was wanting to add more restrictions on me.
