Great & Honest Lawyer

I hire Mr. Stornello for my son's parole hearing. He did a great job. Thanks to Mr. Stornello my son was granted parole. Mr. Stornello kept us informed the whole time and was tyhr most honest lawyer I ever hired. He fought real hard for my son. I would always use Mr. Stornello for any criminal c...ase.

WORST LAWYER EXPERIENCE EVER

Rosario Stornello took $4900.00 of a retainer after only 5 business days. This firm did NOTHING but fudge bogus figures for things they NEVER performed. After a $5000 retainer and total of TWO emails with ONE SENTENCE on each I decided they were not going to be the right fit. I immediately told them... I no longer needed their services and he got mad at me and then sent me back $100 of the $5000 retainer along with a list of ridiculous charges with $500 going to a phone call to his secretary to give her my credit card number. He even charged me $100 for the only phone call made to him to tell him they were not going to work out, total of 5 minutes before he got mad and hung up on me. How lawyers can get away with stealing funds and charging total BOGUS FRAUDULENT charges they should be ashamed. I pray this does not happen to anyone else and people should really be aware of who they are dealing with. This is a high profile company and people need to know what kind of men they are dealing with.

This client has unfortunately misstated the representation in this case. This client hired our Firm to represent her brother in prison. She represented that this was time sensitive and needed to be worked on immediately. This was done and we put a lot of work into the case in a short time. After a week the client changes her mind on the whole representation and wished to end it without explanation. She asked for an accounting which was provided. We gave her a fair accounting of the work and time spent on the case and charged her a fair fee. Unfortunately this client had unreasonable expectations and was obviously not satisfied. If you look at my other reviews you can obviously see this one unhappy client is unusual.

Best Lawyer Experience

Mr. Stornello worked on my shoplifting case which i thought had no way out but a jail sentence. He managed to prove to the judge that it was not in my character to do what i did and it could have been side effects of the medicine and psychological problems I have had before. He proposed to them a pre... trial intervention so he got me off with 1 year probation and as long as I dont get in trouble in 1 year they will dismiss my case and they will clear my record in 2 years. I say Mr. Stornello is the most honest, trustworthy and understanding lawyer. From working with you in making affordable payments and and giving you a reasonable price, to resolving whatever your case my be. If you need legal help, Mr. Stornello is th way to go.
