Mr. Segura defended me on a DWI charge. A DWI is one of the hardest charges to fight, and you need an attorney who knows what he is doing. Mr. Segura is the attorney I would recommend to anyone who needs good criminal defense. During the course of my case, from the very first call to his office ...until the day he was able to get me a better deal than I thought possible, he was informative and helpful. The process of fighting a DWI is long and pretty scary, but Mr. Segura did an excellent job of explaining what was happening and what to expect. He was always prepared, and each time we went to court he already knew where my case was on the list, whether we were likely to go to trial, and even what the judge was going to do that day. It was clear he was staying on top of my case the entire time, not just showing up to see what happened. During one court appearance I ended up talking to the court bailiff while we were waiting to go into the court room. He asked me what my charge was and who my attorney was. When I told him, he said, "Well you got the best in the business. If I were in your shoes, that is who I would hire." Considering the number of cases he sees, that is probably the best recommendation there is. In the end, Mr. Segura was able to get me a pretty good deal. Had we gone to trial, I felt comfortable knowing with him as my attorney I would have the best defense possible.

My experience with Anthony was very long but very well worth it. There was a time I wanted to just give up and take the plea and get my case over with. Anthony convinced me that I have a great chance to fight the case by letting a jury hear my case. I was reluctant at first but I gave in and let Anth...ony do his magic. Turns out the jury's verdict was NOT GUILTY. My advice is trust what ever he has to tell you and do not give up on him becasuse he certainly will not give up until his client is satisfied.

Trial started on 3/31/15 and went through 4/2/15. Had an accident on 6/28/2012 and arrested for DWI. Had several issues occurring which Anthony Segura was persistent with the DA and Judge to make sure my evidence of my medical conditions and personal life( widowed in July 2011) was heard by the Jury.... Typically the legal system doesn't want the Defense to have any evidence while the Prosecutor can have the worst evidence,the jury is not allowed to take notes nor see the court report of the witnesses nor testimonies. Anthony shredded the proseutor's evidence, testimonies, ad witnesses. Nothing the prosecutor showed or said proved anything. I testified by mutual decision and it was compelling. I wish I had Anthony before my license was suspended but told by my Bond person didn't need an Attorney until I appeared before the Judge. I ca't thank Anthony enough.
