Much to my dismay, I recently found myself in need of an attorney in a criminal matter. I have never been in trouble and was completely unprepared and had no idea how to go about choosing a competent attorney. I met with another local attorney who tried to scare and intimidate me, and then take me fo...r three times the amount of money I actually paid Mr.Bryan Burns for his services. My second attempt at finding a lawyer was from an attorney, who is an out-of-town family friend--it was for Bryan Burns. I was a little skeptical after my first experience, but was completely at ease after my first visit with Bryan Burns. He told me that he thought he could get the charges against me dismissed. He was very down to earth and explained the process he would go through to defend my case and was honest about the best and worst case scenarios. His assistant Tiffany was very helpful and in constant contact with me, with updates concerning my case. I never even had to go back the office to sign and turn in documents. I never even had to go to court at all and endure the embarrassment of charges against me. The best case scenario is what Bryan got me, my case was dismissed. I would definitely recommend Bryan Burns as an attorney to anyone facing criminal charges. I would especially send them to Bryan if they had little or no experience with legal matters. Bryan and his staff are not judgmental and they sincerely care about their clients. He really made a horrifying experience, not so bad and I really appreciate all of his hard work.

After I had paid thousands to another lawyer for my son, I became very frustrated and fired him. My son asked for a court-appointed lawyer and was lucky to get Mr. Burns. he was to best lawyer i have ever had. He was very cool, he kept me informed on my case. but most of all he treated me like just another person he cared what happened and most lawyers when their court appointed just dont care what happens to you. I got off easy compared to the 20 + years and 10 fed ...they wanted to get me i ended up from 7 felonys to 3 and only had to do a little over 3 years i just wanted to tell you thank you for allowing me to have another chance. i should of not have had.
