I was in a horrible place for being wrongfully arrested for DWI when I wasn’t even drunk I found David Breston online and called him on a Saturday after I was released literally in tears! He picked up the phone (the call went through his personal cell) and made appointment for next week! It took 5 mo...nths!! but him and his team Alma got me the dismissal of the case! He was very positive from day one and promised he will dismiss the case since I blew under the limit and they had no ground for arresting me and that’s exactly what he did! I didn’t even plea to traffic violation! Just walked out of the court! Their fees also are way more reasonable than others!!
