Alma and David were able to strike the jurors that were to be unfair by presenting the facts in a way that anyone could understand. The way David presented the questions made it very elementary for everyone involved. After everything was presented and we had a jury we were off to trial. He pulled so many tricks out of his bag that I honestly did not expect that the entire trial was smooth sailing. It's really hard to tell in these types of situations how the end result will be but there was not a moment in the trial that I lost my confidence because of them. David took this prosecutor to school. He told me he's been doing this 18 yrs and probably done close 10,000 cases so with this kind of experienced criminal law attorney in Houston you couldn't go wrong.
