Finest legal defense in Texas

He likes to win and will do whatever is necessary to get you the best result for your case. He is in it to win it and you can be assured that he will fight to win for you as well. He will just as easily take a case to court as he would negotiate a deal with the DA, but whatever he is doing to help yo...u, he does it with conviction. I had a DWI with blood test fail and Mark worked a deal to get it expunged completely from my record. He always answered my calls and clarified when I had questions. I am confident that my decision to hire him was not only worth what I paid, but probably five or ten times that amount. If I am ever stuck in a foxhole and need someone to cover my back, Mark would be first on the list without any question. Thank you Mark.

The Best Choice

I was arrested for DWI in March of last year. I am a young professional who's never been in trouble a day in my life before this happened to me. I honestly thought I was doomed after a .17 breath test. A friend recommended a short list of lawyers to me who I all met with. I ended up going with Mark a...fter reading all of the great reviews on him and checking out his impressive list of notable victories. From the beginning Mark was adamant that we should go to trial which gave me hope. I had to wait 11 months before my day in court but thanks to Mark's expertise my case was dismissed mid-trial! Watching him question all of the officers that testified at my trial was seriously amazing. Once you see him in action you see how skilled, charismatic, and talented he is. He was able to show how none of the officers knew what they were talking about and how many mistakes they made. Because of this my case got dismissed and didn't even have to go to the jury to decide my fate. I honestly have doubt any other lawyer could have gotten me these results. I would without a doubt say Mark is the best DWI lawyer in Houston. I asked A LOT of questions, and Mark was always patient and very responsive to me. I could call/text him anytime I had questions. I am soooo glad to finally be putting this behind me. He really got me my life back. Mark, you the real MVP!

Mark Thiessen

I was recently pulled over and charged with a DUI. Like most people would be, I was very confused as to what my rights were. I was put in contact with Mark by a very good friend of my. In my first meeting with Mark he told me exactly how he would go about defending me in this case. Mark has alway...s made himself available to me and responded as fast as possible to any questions or concerns that I had regarding my case. Mark is very knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy. During the process Mark and his office always kept me well informed about my case. Mark has gone above and beyond what I expected out of a lawyer. Fought for My Freedom!

I got pulled over mid October 2014 and was arrested for DWI. I set up a meeting with Mr. Thiessen as soon as I was bailed out. He was the first and only lawyer I met with. He is about as straight forward and as genuine as they come. Not what I expected from an attorney. I blew a .13 breath test ...(unlucky 13!). Once he got my breath results, Mr. Thiessen saw everything that was wrong with my case. He knows the science behind it all! From our first to our last court date, he was amazing. It was like no one in court knew what they were talking about, other than him. I will recommend Mr. Thiessen to anyone and everyone I know that is in a bind and needs help. If you are reading this then you probably need a lawyer. Don't call anyone else!
