DISMISSED!

The "TLF team" at Thiessen law firm was absolutely on point! They were able to sucessfully get a dismissal on BOTH of my charges. During a "not such a good time in my life" they treated me like a VIP from the initial consult through the entire legal process. I received case updates at hours you wou...ld be hard pressed to contact many other lawyers (as early as 5am and as late as 1030pm) I am very pleased with the service and treatment I received, I would give them a 10 star rating on a 5 star scale!

He is the best!

I would recommend him highly he was compassionate and understanding even when things were tough he never gave up on me. The staff are also so helpful and kept me informed on every detail of my case and always were prompt in answeringany kind of questions I had!

Best Decision Ever

As I found myself in a situation that was as new as it was frightening, I was directed to seek assistance from The Thiessen Law Firm from several. Including my cousin who is an attorney in Lubbock. I called and left a message which was immediately returned within 15 minutes by Mr. Thiessen. I knew... right away I had made the best decision- he was kind, spoke to me at a level I could understand, and he obviously knew what he was talking about. Every employee I encountered was professional, and friendly. If I emailed, they would respond immediately- there was no waiting days for an answer-typically within 30 minutes during business hours. The outcome of my case was amazing, and I know that it was because of the amazing work of the Thiessen Law Firm. I have no issue recommending them to anyone!

Great Lawyer

Mark Thiessen was definitely the best choice (Lawyers) for my 2nd DWI offense. He did everything he said he would and more! I was really worried about the outcome of my case but Mark kept me informed throughout, which helped a lot in this very stressful situation. I being the owner of my own compan...y I had a lot to loose and a lot of people depending on me. I did not want to loose my license or worse had to do jail time. From the start Mark was honest and straightforward about the outcome. He never tried to sugar coat anything, which I respect very much. After a few trying months, I am happy to say that he exceed my expectations and he was able to get “CASE DISMISSED”! Thanks Mark and his great team for all the hard work you spent on my case, I am truly greatful !

You NEED the “A” game guy on your side

If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of being charged with a DWI, you’re going to want to call Mark Thiessen. As a person just getting a career kicked off and starting a family, I was staring down the long, frightening, and expensive path of a 2nd DWI conviction. My local attorney highly... recommended bringing Mr. Thiessen on to take the lead as my trial attorney. After one phone call with Mr. Thiessen I knew this guy was going to fight for me, and without doubt, he was going to bring his “A” game. When your future and ability to provide for your family is on the line, you NEED the “A” game guy on your side. In the months leading up to my trial his staff was pleasantly professional and easy to communicate with. During the trail, Mr. Thiessen was just as I had hoped, aggressive and prepared. He was able to bring to light discrepancies the arresting officer made during the affidavit process to get a search warrant for my blood, which lead to that blood sample evidence being thrown out by the judge. However, Mr. Thiessen had several other arguments up his sleeve ready to be unleashed if needed. After deliberating for approximately 10 minutes the jury came back with my NOT GUILTY verdict. I now happily thank Mr. Thiessen and my local attorney for saving my career and future!
