Mr. Silverman defended me in a jury trial where I was charged with DUI 2nd, and illegal possession of a firearm. A conviction or plea bargain was not an option in my line of work. Jed recently handled my DWI case. He was great and easy to deal with. Despite having a strong case, I was fully prepared to accept the DIVERT program (I simply couldn't risk a conviction).
