Lifeline when Disabled

I started my disability filing journey alone and in intense pain when I filed myself in 2021 as a last resort. Things got worse after and in 2022 I needed a cervical spine fusion surgery to prevent me from losing bodily functions. The pain was still there after the fusion and it got worse over time.... I amended my disability filing but was denied. I had no idea what I was doing on my disability filings though and because of pain meds, chronic pain, and depression I was having a hard time getting anything done. I sought the help of a disability attorney and Marc Whitehead and Associates took my case. They helped me appeal, file paperwork, get doctor records, and went to trail with me to get approved for disability in late 2023. They have a great team of case workers and attorneys that kept me up to date on everything in the process. During the trail they ensured I had the right medical records as evidence and forms were filled out correctly with the right legal terminology. If you have a disabling condition that is getting worse you need to do two things for success. 1. Go to your doctors for medical help (with second opinions) 2. Contact Marc Whitehead and Associates so you can do things right

A+ service from the 1st call

I contacted Marc Whitehead for my initial SSDI claim as I wanted to do it right the 1st time. Kimberly Warren and Barbara Milan reached out to me initially and made the process smooth. After 2 denials we went to the ALJ level and I worked with Erica Wilson who was GREAT, I doubt I would have been a...ble to do 1/2 of the work she helped me with. I am very pleased with the work they did for my eventual approval!
