I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Marc Whitehead’s team. I was denied long term disability by Cigna. I picked this office based on reviews and the fact that everything could be done virtually, before virtual was a way of life (2017). I live in New York and I communicated with Me...lissa often. They found many procedures that were done incorrectly by Cigna. My appeal was approved a short time after it was submitted. I can honestly say that I would be in a big financial struggle if my LTD wasn’t approved. It was so obvious I couldn’t work and I was so frustrated with Cigna. Recently I did a review possibly u guys never received. The attorney that represented me was so polite, informative, punctual as well, when she informed me dates & times of our phone meeting.. by darn she’ does what she says she’s going to do. Also, her assistant, Chris, was also exceptional they al...ways would answer a question they had the answer and that’s something I needed at the time desperately they knew what they were doing that’s not easy to come by anymore.
