I used Attorney Marc Whitehead for both of my Employees Benefits and Disability Claims. Melanie Donaldson was awesome. She responded to every email or call I made. She answered all my questions in great detail to help me understand the process. She even went above and beyond my expectations. Atty.... Whitehead also provided excellent service. Aggie wasn’t as pleasant as the others but she was always professional. I hope that I never have an Employee Benefit problem again but if I do I’d definitely hire this firm again and would recommend them as well. I also hired this form for my Disability claim (in which I lost prior). Jaime Almaguer didn’t respond to to all of my emails and the ones he did respond to took a few days. He wasn’t as thorough as I would have like for him to be. I will say he did do an awesome job of informing me of upcoming appointments and making sure that I’d be there.
